Your company needs a website. It's as simple as that. Well, not really. Not only should your business have a website, it needs to be up-to-date and work on multiple platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet).
Your website is a way for you to make a tailored, impactful first impression about your business. You can control the message on your site, creating the best possible pitch for your company, even when you're not there to say it.
Customers are searching for businesses online more than ever. If you don't have a website, it is likely your competition does, leaving a multitude of potential customers unable to find you. People aren't searching for you in the phone book anymore. Even YellowBook has changed its platform to draw people to the Web for searches.
"But I have Facebook, isn't that enough?" No, it's not enough. The most important function of your social media pages is to direct people to your world-wide storefront: your website.
